Apricot Fudge Cake
Apricot Fudge Cake
125 gms butter
1/2 can Condensed Milk
1 packet Wine biscuits - crushed
90 gms Brown Sugar
1 cup chopped dried Apricots
Melt butter, brown sugar and condensed milk. Add aprictos and biscuits. Press into a greased swiss roll tin, and sprinkle with coconut. Set in fridge, and cut into squares.
