Bul Go Gi

This is a Korean national dish. The recipe was given to me by my lovely cousin-in-law, Nan-Yong who married Andrew. She gave me this recipe when I got married. It is treasured and a favourite. We have it alot!

Bul Go Gi

1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Black Pepper (I usually put less)
1 TBSP crushed garlic
4 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
Beef Schnitzel - 600gm or thereabouts

Slice beef into thin strips. Mix sauce ingredients together. Marinade sliced beef  in sauce for 6-7 hours.
BBQ or use fry pan to cook. Serve with white rice and a salad.
