Honey Jumbles (or Rice Bubble Cakes)

These are seriously good! It took me 5 minutes to make, 10 minutes to set and 2 minutes for half of it to be eaten! It's easy enough for children to make with supervision.

Honey Jumbles

4oz butter
4oz brown sugar
2 TBSP Honey

Boil these three ingredients for 5 minutes, stirring all the time so it doesn't burn.

Take off the heat and add 5 cups of rice bubbles. Stir until well mixed, then press firmly into a slice tin and set in fridge. Cut into squares.
