This crumble topping is perfect for any hot dessert. Just crumble it over the top of any fruit you have on hand. It is quite sweet, so I don't add sugar to the fruit.
Fruit Crumble Topping
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour and oatmeal to a crumbly mix. Spread over fruit and bake for 35 minutes at 180degC.
